Employment:
Full Time
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Schedule shifts and manage team performance to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
Position Title: Restaurant ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Benefits: as per UAE labor law plus tips, duty meals and uniform

About the Client:
A well-known F&B Group in UAE.
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and South African nationalities
• 32 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality or any related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Restaurant Management from QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or Burger chains
• Must have valid UAE Driving License and own car
