Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based hospitality venue renowned for its immersive dining and entertainment experiences
Job Description:
• Extensive experience in fine dining, dinner shows, and Dubai-based hospitality operations.
• Proven expertise in pre-opening processes, including recruitment, training, and setup.
• Strong background in managing operations and delivering luxury guest experiences.
• Skilled in leading teams, driving revenue, and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Requirements:
• Open to Asian, Arabic, and CIS nationals, aged 40 years and below• Strong knowledge of Turkish/Middle Eastern cuisine and guest expectations; fluent in English (Arabic/Turkish a plus)
• Pre-opening experience, having successfully launched or reopened a premium restaurant.
• Proven Dubai experience in a leadership role within luxury hospitality
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
