Description

Apt Resources is looking for a motivated and experienced restaurant manager for a popular casual dining restaurant in Dubai. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing an outstanding dining experience for customers. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

As the restaurant manager, you will cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, train and motivate staff, and work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a menu that resonates with our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the casual dining sector.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service quality, staff management, and financial reporting.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure effective customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and supplier relationships to maintain stock levels and control costs.
  • Implement customer experience initiatives to enhance satisfaction and promote repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Monitor service quality and address any customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Track restaurant performance and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and encourages staff retention.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth menu execution and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a casual dining setting, preferably in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is desirable.
