Chain of high-end casual dining restaurant.
Job Description:
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals and tips
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications
• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same role; experience F&B establishment or hospitality serving beverage is preferred
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
