Position Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus duty meal

About the Client:
A high end Authentic Syrian restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Maintain high-quality food standards by Checking in on dining customers & proactively engaging with them to inquire about food quality and service.
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively in a professional manner.
• Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked, along with maintaining the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
Salary:
AED
7,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Syrian and Lebanese nationals
• Male, 25 to 35 years old
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
