JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Establish and produce management information and reporting on Retail products, flows, revenues
• Weekly monitor classification/style performance and adjust allocation strategy to maximize sales opportunities and minimize markdown liability
• Trouble shoot and resolve allocation issues in a timely manner with Customer Service, DC and Retail System Analyst
• Monitor density of exception stores, and develop allocation strategies in partnership with Allocation Manager and Merchant partners
• Build appropriate assortments, inventory levels for new, remodel, and relocation stores to achieve opening plan
• Participate in the establishment of replenishment metrics for Basic / Never Outs styles, and analyze results weekly and recommend needed adjustments
• Review and evaluate performance of size selling and make recommendations to Manager of Allocation and Merchants.
• Review and evaluate assortment planning tool with the merchant team to ensure merchant vision is in alignment with allocation needs
• Review performance of seasonal products to identify opportunities and risk
• Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports
