JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The role entails developing and executing retail marketing activities to foster the organisations' long-term growth and supporting Retail Marketing Managers in achieving business objectives. Additionally, it involves collaborating across departments to enhance brand identity, improve in-store activations, and organise direct-to-consumer events, remaining adaptable to evolving tasks within the department's scope.

Description
* Development and implementation of the Annual Retail Marketing Plan
* Manage, follow-up and analyse of retail marketing activities, defined by annual marketing plan
* Develop communication concepts for retail marketing activities
* Develop packaging concepts for promotional offers defined by the annual marketing plan
* Respond to daily, weekly requests from Key Account Manager team.

Requirements:
* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)* Fresh Graduate (High School or University) with an aptitude for marketing
