Position Title: Retail Marketing Lead
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Sharjah based, Retail Trading and Distribution Center under a leading Retail Group
Job Description:
• Designing & implementing campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and promote sales.
• Obtaining market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product per store and directing promotional support.
• Analyzing data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales.
• Overseeing development and implementation of all store- led marketing activities thereby achieving the organization sales plan.
• Leading the execution of marketing strategy to drive store sales, increase footfall across regions thru approved conceptualize programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Indians
• Female, 38 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Marketing Executive
• Experience in retail industry is a must
• Experience in social media and in-store marketing is required
• Must be interested to work in Sharjah and work 6 days per week
