Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading property development company based in Dubai, UAE, and they are seeking a Director of Retail Operations.

The desired candidate will be developing strategies, goals and evaluating performance. They will be handling the entire asset management, property management and day to day operations of the facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Retail Strategy
• Leasing Operations & Tenant Management
• Manage business strategies and identifies new opportunities.
• Maintain and foster relation with business partners and uphold standards.
• Promote innovation and productivity.
• Entire P&L
• Day to day operations
• Liaising with tenants & occupants
• Ensuring, maintaining and Developing Assets
• Responsible for Property Management
• Tenant Management
• Customer Service

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant studies
• Must have MALL Operations experience(required)
• 15 years’ experience, and at least 5 years relevant experience in mall, leasing or retail operations
• Proven track record in UAE or GCC experience is required.
