JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a family owned investment company with more than 25 years of regional business experience within the Gulf Cooperation Council and Levant area. They have recently opened a hospitality division and have become the first international franchisee and to bring over a know American casual dining brand to the Middle East. They are looking to recruit a Real Estate Manager to lease the future F&B retail space required for the project rollout and company’s growth
Salary:
AED
30,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
Applications should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or equivalent; and have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the UAE. Extensive knowledge of retail real estate leasing is essential. The person should be commercially savvy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience and knowledge of the food and beverage industry is highly regarded
