JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A large international retail company is urgently looking for a number of Retail Sales Executives to be based in different locations across Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi Mall, Yas Mall and Al Maryah Mall. In this role, you will be expected to provide product demonstration and excellent customer service to customers visiting their shops. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Answering telephone product inquiries
• Attending to customer queries, concerns or complaints
• Assisting in the opening and closing of the shop
• Ensuring stocks are replenished
• Keeping the cleanliness and orderliness in the shop
• Conducting product demonstration to customers
• Providing solution and recommendation, if applicable
• Providing excellent customer service to customers
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Must be a bachelor degree holder
• Excellent command of English. Knowledge in Arabic is a plus.
• With at least 1 year of UAE sales experience
• Willing to work in a mall and work on shifting schedule
• Flexible to work on a weekend
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the UAE
