Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations of our cleaning products in the FMCG retail industry in UAE, Qatar and Oman.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the retail sector.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase sales within the retail sector.
- Find distributors and manage the relation with them to ensure achieving the sales targets .
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establish strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product visibility and availability
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, including sales forecasts, budget planning, and market analysis.

AED 3,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, retail operations, and market trends within the GCC region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive informed business decisions.
