JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Pets Delight. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, assisting pet owners with product recommendations, and ensuring the store is well-presented and fully stocked.
• Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and recommendations.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain store standards, stock shelves, and ensure product rotation.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Support inventory control and participate in stock counts.
• Educate customers on pet care, nutrition, and new products.
Requirements:
• Previous retail/sales experience (pet industry experience is a plus).• Passion for pets and willingness to learn about pet care.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
