Employment – Full time
About : This opportunity is for a Luxury Boutique based in UAE dealing with jewellery and watches.
Responsibility:
• Greeting and directing customers as per their requirements.
• Displays an energetic and positive attitude
• Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
• Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services.
• Secure new customers and maintain good rapport with existing potential customers.
• Negotiate with clients as per the guidelines to maximize profits.
• Evaluate sales trends, potential market targets, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Maintain or retain existing accounts and build strong customer relationships as per the records of customer detail.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to generate more revenue for the company.
• Promote the company’s services and products and work closely with other departments to ensure proper documentation of transactions with customers.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
REQUIREMENTS
• A min 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Female Candidates
• Well versed with Arabic and English
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of the retail sales process.
• Familiarity with customer behaviour principles.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Able to achieve sales goals and create productive client relationships.
