JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
To successfully oversee the profitability of a high end retail outlet.
To ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, optimum stock levels, increase in customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
The job holder will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the desired standards in retail operations, customer service, replenishment, recovery standards in his Brand in all aspects.
He will also responsible for sponsoring and coaching the team and driving continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Seeking experienced candidates, who have worked in the high end or luxury retail industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have handled large format stores
- Should have excellent team management ability
