Contract: Permanent
Our client is one of the largest multinational organizations based in Dubai with operations across GCC. They are looking to recruit an Retail & Corporate Trainer to join their team.
- Identify Training And Development Needs
- Develop and upgrade training materials
- Coordinate and deliver required training
- Think out of the box to implement effective training methods
- Budgeting
- Post training analysis
- Other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate must be experiences in Retail & Corporate Training
- We are open to candidates with a mix of Retail & hospitality training
- Candidate must have min. 4 yrs experience in Training & Development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well organized and detail oriented
