JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Revenue Management Executive up to 20K AED for a Luxurious Leisure Property in Dubai
• Responsible for analyzing the sales trend from various point of sale systems, map the trends of low and high transactional cycles, map the suggested dynamic pricing based on firm trends and obtain approvals
• Track the market information relevant to business for proactive approach
• Competitor analysis on continuous basis
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to INDIAN, EUROPEAN and FILIPINO candidates
• Male/Female, 25 - 35 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance or Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Management in 3-4 star Hotel
• Prior experience in working with Business intelligence/ reporting tools is added advantage
• Responsible for analyzing the sales trend from various point of sale systems, map the trends of low and high transactional cycles, map the suggested dynamic pricing based on firm trends and obtain approvals
• Track the market information relevant to business for proactive approach
• Competitor analysis on continuous basis
• Extremely proficient in spreadsheet (MS excel)
• Good presentation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Salary is up to 20,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
