Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a Management Consultancy who is looking to hire a Reward Consultant to join their rewards and talent teams. Having secured new contracts for the next few years, our client is expanding and developing employees.

You will be responsible for reward and benefits projects, talent management, risk and capital. You will manage numerous projects for newly acquired business clients therefore it is critical that you are able to deliver first-class service to both new and existing clients. You will lead by example, directing projects either individually or as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have previous experience within a Management Consultancy, specifically within either reward, compensation and benefits or talent management. You should be flexible in terms of travel and have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role. This is an exciting opportunity to join this global organisation during a period of strong growth.
