JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Sales Administrator up to 6K AED for a Plastic Manufacturing Company in Ajman

Position: Sales Administrator
Salary: up to 6,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
Hiring Company: Plastic Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Ajman
Availability: Can join immediately will be prioritized (max 1 month)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:
• Responsible in monitoring individual and team sales activities - daily basis
• Maintain complete sales data regularly and consolidate for review meetings
• Periodic Sales analysis and reporting
• Closely monitor each project progress and sales staff for necessary sales step to receive LPO
• Conduct market research - new projects to generate inquiries/RFQ's
• Receive sales inquiries and reply timely and appropriately
• Prioritize orders as per criteria ,requirement and production plan

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Profile:
• Open to Indian / Filipino nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Willing to work and/or relocate to Ajman

Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position preferably from the manufacturing industry
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
• High level of maturity, well-developed teamwork skills, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
