JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a fast growing real estate company, is urgently looking for a Real Estate Agents to be based in Dubai. In this role, you will have following responsibilities:
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
• Manage properties
• Deal with sales and leasing
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
We currently recruiting for more than one positions and offering a wide range of salaries (junior level) with commissions (negotiable)
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Is extremely organized
• Works well as part of a well-established winning team
• Enjoys improving processes
• An excellent multitask-err
• Ability to prioritize well
• Anticipates the needs of others and thinks two steps ahead
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy required
• Has intermediate MS Outlook and Excel knowledge
Candidate must have at least TWO years of working experience as a Sales Agent.
