JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional, The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, with a background in the FX industry being a strong advantage (not mandatory). This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to meet targets and deadlines. Fluency in English is a must.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via phone and email.
• Identify clients’ needs, goals and expectations in the world of finance.
• Present and explain the broker’s products and services to both beginner and advanced clients.
• Stay educated on the latest financial market developments.
• Bring awareness and educating clients on financial news and events.
• Work with upper management to provide feedback and improve the company’s offers.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Must Speak multiple Indian languages like Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, kannada, Malayalam, Etc. Fluency in English is a plus.
• Must have previous experience in a Sales position.
• Previous experience in the Forex industry is considered a PLUS.
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and pursue targets.
• Energetic presence and fighting spirit.
