We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our thriving real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales, accompanied by exceptional communication and negotiation skills. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice, and building lasting relationships within the vibrant Dubai real estate market. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property values, trends, and local neighborhoods.
- Engage with clients to identify their real estate needs and preferences, providing personalized service and solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties to prospective buyers and answering their queries professionally.
- Prepare and present compelling property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support throughout the buying or selling process and beyond.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and home inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Participate in networking events, workshops, and industry conferences to further develop professional skills and expand the company’s reach.
- Daily fresh leads to keep your pipeline full, focused on off-plan projects.
- Up to 70% commission, paid instantly upon closing deals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.
