JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Objectives:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record of successful sales, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying new business opportunities by researching, analyzing, and identifying potential clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conducting market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create sales materials, such as proposals and presentations
• Negotiating and closing deals with clients
• Attending industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach
• Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product/service improvements

Subordinates: Managing Director
Number required: 2
Duration: Permanent position
Desired start date: Immediately
Probation: 6 Month
Commission / Bonus: Sales Commission

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Availability to travel as needed
