Sales and Business Development Manager

Employment: Full Time

The Sales Head will be responsible for managing all sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing customer service operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can cultivate client relationships, convert leads, and ensure smooth project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to new customer inquiries and perform independent on-site visits to convert leads.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee the completion of projects, coordinating with the technical team to ensure operational smoothness.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Network with potential companies for collaborations and secure service agreements.
• Lead the customer service team to deliver exceptional support and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely responses and high satisfaction levels.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize processes and improve performance.
• Train and mentor sales and customer service staff to enhance skills and achieve objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decision making.
• Maintain CRM systems and utilize data analytics to track progress and drive insights.

• Proven experience as a Sales Head, Sales Manager, or similar role in the cleaning services industry or related field.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales and customer service teams.
• Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the dry cleaning or specialized cleaning services industry.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and market dynamics.
• Having a UAE drivers license is an added advantage!

AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
