Job Description:
As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Silsal, you will be a key driver of our growth and will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your role will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with potential clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company's market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to refine business development strategies.
• Client Acquisition: Lead the identification, outreach, and acquisition of new clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, vendors, and complementary businesses, to enhance the company's offerings and market reach.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and address client needs.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.
• Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales pipelines, and business development activities. Provide regular reports and insights to management to evaluate progress and inform strategic decision-making.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development efforts with company goals and initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiencies, and drive innovation within the business development function.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within retail and E-Commerce.
• Strong understanding of business development principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant business development tools.
• Arabic language is a must.
