JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Proficient knowledge of the real estate industry, property management principles, and relevant legislation.
• Target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Strong negotiation skills
• Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
• Run weekly reports on performance
• Languages: Arabic OR English
• Must have experience in Real Estate Industry
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Available to work extended hours.
• Valid RERA Brokerage License
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Real Estate ( Leasing and Sales)
Benefits: Salary + commission
