JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are urgently looking for young and dynamic Sales and Marketing individuals (male and female) who are ready to join the new Tadbeer Center in Al Ain. The candidate must have the drive and passion to bring the necessary domestic talents (housemaids / nanny / drivers / house helpers / cleaners / baby sitters) to the center, exhaust all means of marketing and all social media platforms to bring all these talents. The right candidate will receive good salary package and commission.
REQUIREMENTS
The desired candidates should have the following requirements:
- Male/Female, having a very good experience in Sales and Marketing; advantage will be those having the same field of work before
- At least a high school graduate, able to communicate and understand talents of different race and languages
- Good knowledge and use of MS Office softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), able to make proper reporting and presentation
- Knows to manipulate the marketing platforms for easy and smooth acquisition of these talents
- Technology and Social Media savvy
- Good negotiation skills
