JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet volume and revenue targets across on- and off-premises accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and hospitality venues.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage.
• Lead, train, and support field sales representatives and brand ambassadors.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy.
• Negotiate pricing, promotional activity, and visibility with key retail and on-premises partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored brand campaigns specific to each sales channel.
• Drive brand awareness through in-store promotions, tastings, events, sponsorships, and activations.
• Coordinate with creative teams for the development of POS materials and digital marketing assets.
• Plan and execute seasonal marketing calendars and promotional initiatives aligned with sales goals.
• Measure ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize based on performance data.

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.• Proven ability to develop and implement complex, data-driven marketing strategies that lead to tangible business results.
• Exceptional leadership
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive sales and marketing experience role, preferably within hospitality, liquor industry, or a related service industry.
