JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a very dynamic and versatile Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the business plans to drive sales and revenue among all business initiatives of the group.
The candidate is expected to lead the sales and marketing team and closely monitor the progress in achieving the agreed sales target. Among the other responsibilities are:
- Develops and implements strategic business plans to effect growth in sales revenue
- Continuously monitor the progress of the sales plan and implements adjustments when it is necessary to achieve targets, adapts an enhanced marketing plan to effect further sales and profitability
- Conducts customer satisfaction survey regularly in parallel with the evaluation of the sales and marketing methods employed in order to obtain a progressive yet practical way of obtaining the desired sales output
- Identifies new venues for sales and initiates proactive approach in transforming these into new accounts
- Develops progressively a marketing plan by employing modernization and new technological trends
- Trains and coaches staff for continuous development and provides regular job performance analysis for each staff in order to address further needs of improvement
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should have the following minimum qualities and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience as Sales and Marketing Manager in multiple industries
- Strong intra and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of the UAE market
- Has valid UAE driving license
