Job Purpose
The Sales & Operations Supervisor is responsible for driving sales, leading the store team, and optimizing operations. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless stock handling. Strong leadership, business acumen, and operational expertise are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
• Lead by example, embodying brand values and customer-first philosophy.
• Define and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage customer databases to strengthen relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor insights, and market opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly SWOT analysis and align strategies with management.
• Leverage all sales channels (online and offline) to expand customer reach.
Customer Experience & Sales Leadership
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to optimize performance.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Ensure an exceptional, personalized shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
• Implement clienteling strategies, focusing on VIP clients and loyalty programs.
Financial & Business Performance
• Analyze sales reports and financial data to identify improvement areas.
• Optimize store profitability by managing operational costs and improving efficiency.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, transaction monitoring, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Provide management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Team Leadership & Development
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and serve as the link between employees and leadership.
• Coach and mentor team members for continuous professional growth.
• Ensure clear communication and execution of performance improvement plans.
Store Operations & Inventory Management
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and policy compliance.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control to minimize shrinkage.
• Supervise the receiving team for timely and accurate stock processing.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams for seamless stock movement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and legal regulations.
Operational Excellence & Technology Integration
• Implement and enforce SOPs for sales and operational efficiency.
• Manage e-commerce order fulfillment to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Leverage technology tools (clienteling apps, WhatsApp Business, etc.) to enhance customer engagement.
• Continuously improve workflows and team efficiency.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience• Experience: 6+ years in retail, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Industry:
• Fashion, Apparel, Luxury, Lifestyle Retail, Department Stores, Concept Stores, Beauty, or Specialty Retail.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Skills:
• Retail sales strategy, inventory management, merchandising, financial reconciliation, compliance, and loss prevention.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, customer engagement, training, time management, and adaptability.
