JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are hiring a motivated Sales & Operations Support Assistant to:
• Drive cleaning teams to customer locations safely and efficiently.
• Inspect the quality of work before customer handover.
• Upsell additional services (sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, window cleaning, etc.) to increase customer satisfaction and invoice value.
• Support the cleaning operations by coordinating field logistics and client relations.
• Report daily activities, sales closed, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
• Valid UAE Driving License (Manual or Automatic).• Must already have a valid UAE Residency Visa (Freelance, Partner, or Family Sponsorship).
• (No visa sponsorship provided.)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, cleaning, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Motivated to earn through commissions and bonuses.

AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
