EFG Arabia seeks a Sales Manager (Consulting) to drive tenders, secure projects, and manage client relationships across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman. Strong regional market expertise required. Join us in shaping the region’s future!
What you’ll do
• Lead the preparation and submission of EOIs, prequalification’s, and tenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
• Build visibility and trusted relationships with key clients, government bodies, and project managers across the GCC.
• Develop and maintain a live pipeline of opportunities, tracking leads through all stages from identification to award.
• Conduct structured outreach campaigns and presentations to secure consulting and advisory work.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to refine bid strategies and pricing.
• Represent EFG Arabia professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Continuously improve internal processes, templates, and reporting to strengthen operational discipline.
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in tendering, business development, or client relations.• Fluent in Arabic (GCC dialect) and English, both written and spoken.
• Skilled communicator confident in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and workflow tools.
