JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Purchase orders.
- Communicate with the suppliers (sending emails, WhatsApp)
- Sending Swift to the suppliers & vendors.
- Monitoring Master inventory (excel file, Sage).
- Creating sales invoice and receipt vouchers.
- Maintaining payment details for customers.
- Sending email to Logistics for the details of sold units to make exit papers or delivery advice.
- Sending customer details to Team France to make the shipment.
- Coordinating with bank for car loan.
- Posting purchase invoice and expenses in Sage.
- Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience of at least 1 or 2 years in Cars Spare Parts Industry.- Basic knowledge of cars and spare parts is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Sage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
Salary:
AED
4,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
