JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Deliver a unique shopping experience to customers in line with the brand strategy, in order to maximize sales and establish long-term customer relationships
- Work within established brand guidelines
- Ensure individual objectives/shop targets are met
- Ensures customer service is of the highest standards at all times
- Stock control and management
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
- Build and maintain customer relationships for strong loyalty and increase customer database
- Should have knowledge of the brand, products and policies
- Set - up and maintenance of windows and counters
- Replenishment and maintenance of products presented
- Responsible for payment transactions and refunds
REQUIREMENTS
- Arabic speaker and fluent in English language
- at least 1 year experience in fashion retail with a customer service driven environment
- Secondary school certificate or equivalent
- Commercial Sales skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and team
- A customer service ambassador, passionate about fashion and knowledgeable about current season's trends
- Presentation and expression qualities
- Versatility
- With background in POS system
