JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Sales Assistant - Chinese Trainee Up To 6.3k Aed For An Fnb Retail Group In Uae
• Handling the whole customer purchasing life cycle from assisting with wine choices to completing transactions and deliveries
• Dealing with VIP customers whether it is in store, via e-mail or on the telephone
• Stocking, replenishing, and cleaning the sales area in both stores
• Monitoring and updating product display areas
• Dealing with customer enquiries and queries both diplomatically and professionally at all times
• Completing administrative tasks and running reports through Excel, Tableau, AX, Outlook and MRMS
• Ordering and receiving stock from the warehouse and ensuring all stock movements are well managed
• Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Trainee/ Sales Assistant
• SALARY: up to 6,333 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications plus fringe benefits
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Retail Group
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately will be prioritized (max 1 month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Open to Chinese speaker
• Male/Female, 35 y/o and below
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• WSET or similar qualification, degree in Hospitality or any relevant course is a plus but not a must
• 1 year of experience in Wine industry/F&B/Hospitality/retail or customer facing role
• A passion for and understanding of wine and spirits
• Team player as well as self-starter
• With initiative, self-motivated and target orientated
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Well-presented individual
