At Bites, we operate a futuristic, leading online and mobile marketplace for dine-in, delivery and take-away to provide customers with an easy and safe way to order and pay from local restaurants and bars. What You'll Do:

- Experienced negotiator - a self-starter and hard-working individual.
- Keen eye for detail – proven ability to multitask in a work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Creative – exhibits tenacity, never takes no for an answer.
- Hunger to progress within a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in the a B2B sales role
- Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong desire to progress within a fast-paced startup environment\
- Proficient communication in English language both written and verbal.
- Good time management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit that is motivated by targets to achieve optimum success
- Take part in the development of a very exciting, fast-growing global company
- Drive partnerships and sales of the Bites for Business.
- Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals
- Implement and launch Bites for Business with clients and ensure strong and consistent ridership
- Conduct needs analysis to uncover cross-selling opportunities
- Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets (quota carrying role)
- Plan and execute sales strategy and provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis
- Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
- Maintain the customer relationship and grow the business
- Work with customers (new and prospective) to pilot new feature roll outs
- Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc.
- Create documents like process playbooks, performance trackers etc.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 year of experience in a client facing role; sales experience high-volume phone work preferred
- Sincere, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team-player who gets energy from building businesses
- You're a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities: The Bites team is evolving every day and requires highly motivated independent individual who will be responsible for all aspects of business in their market
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion
