Charterhouse is working with an international luxury brand specializing in Leather Goods and Accessories. The role will be focused on surpassing customer service expectations and developing the client database.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic luxury retail professional to join an iconic and glamorous international brand. The brand is looking for someone with strong product knowledge and trend awareness who can confidently sell through story telling.

In this role, you will be a hardworking and proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service experience. You will have experience in building and developing your own local and international client database. You will be required to resolve customer complaints promptly and successfully by providing solutions.

In addition, you will contribute ideas and suggestions to the team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance. You will also demonstrate and actively strive to achieve KPIs in order to reach the individual and store targets.


To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in luxury retail and have knowledge of the luxury market. It is essential that you can demonstrate sale skills and experience building clients relationships. You should have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
