JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a leading retail organisation which has experienced rapid growth over the past few years, due to this our client is now looking to appoint a Sales Business Development Manager. This role will be based in their Dubai office and will be responsible to build relationship with existing and potential clients and identify opportunities for growth.
This role will report to the General Manager and work closely alongside them to determine the long-term business model. There will be the opportunity to take full ownership for business operations and deliver quality service at all times.
This is the perfect role for someone who has experience in driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible to promote the company’s products to help achieve sales goals and identify potential new clients and develop strategies to win new business.
You will also provide accurate forecasting of KPIs and have the ability to make critical business decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment. There will be a lot of collaboration with the entire team and to manage client and customer accounts providing the best service at all times.
Our client is looking to hire an individual who has excellent communication skills and has the strong ability to sell and build relationships with a wide range of colleagues across different departments. To be considered for this role, the candidate should possess a Bachelors in a relevant field alongside a minimum of 7 years’ working experience as a Sales Business Development Manager within the retail industry.
It is essential you have a network of contacts with Contractors and Developers. Must have understanding of technical knowledge on flooring specifications and flooring brands. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
