Client Overview:
We are a leading digital advertising solutions provider, committed to empowering businesses with innovative strategies and cutting-edge technologies to maximize their online presence and drive revenue growth. Our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services enables businesses to reach their target audience effectively, build brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Consultant with a strong background in B2B sales to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B market, including generating leads, conducting cold outreach, attending networking events, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
• Consultative Selling: Understand prospective clients' business needs, challenges, and goals through consultative selling techniques. Provide customized digital advertising solutions that align with their specific requirements.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and meet company objectives. Continuously analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor by staying attuned to industry developments and offering valuable insights to clients.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our digital advertising services, staying updated on new features and capabilities. Articulate the unique selling points of our offerings to potential clients effectively.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our digital advertising solutions. Tailor presentations to suit the specific needs and interests of each prospective client.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities. Utilize CRM tools to monitor leads, opportunities, and conversions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Performance Metrics: Regularly analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards targets.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Solid Commissions Structure (25 - 30k per quarter if targets are met)

REQUIREMENTS

Role Overview:
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and nurturing B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and providing tailored digital advertising solutions to meet their marketing objectives. You will leverage your sales expertise, industry knowledge, and persuasive communication skills to build strong relationships with potential clients and promote the value of our digital advertising services.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in B2B sales within the digital advertising industry or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and digital advertising solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to evolving market conditions and customer demands.
