JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Company: An award winning IT company in the Cloud Computing domain.

Role:
We are looking for highly talented sales individuals who not only have a complete command over the trade of B2B selling but are great at taking care of their clients. We are a very fast growing company, so opportunities are abundant for the appropriate candidates.

By using a consultative approach to selling, this individual will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hardcore cold calling background and experience (MUST) – Preferred Industries: Events, Recruitment, Software Sales
• Experience of face to face meetings with potential customers
• B2B experience
• Young age (25,26,27 ideal)
• IT background preferable
• Indians, Pakistanis, British, American – Native English speakers
• Speaks Malayalam is not essential but preferable
