JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Employment:
Full Time
- Interact with vendors and prepare quotations for inquiries received from customers
- Place orders with vendors, track such orders, and ensure completion
- Interface with logistics partners and achieve smooth operations for outbound consignments
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded in internal systems and adequately documented
REQUIREMENTS
- Exposure to high volume exports/trading business
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, IT software
- Diligent in completing tasks, has a systematic approach to work
- Is a resident of UAE on a dependent visa
