Employment: Full Time

Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading manufacturing companies in Abu Dhabi

Job Description:
• Maintain all sales records updated (shipment tracking, customer complaints, master sheet ..Etc) and filing hard copy documents
• Handling basic office duties such as printing and scanning important documents, answering urgent calls, responding to emails and messages
• Carry out customer service, Shipments Coordination with selected customers/destinations
• Coordination and communicate customers products, shipments, and documents requirements to other departments and to ensure those requirements has been met
• Sending sales forecast filled out by the Sales Representatives and approved by the Sales Manager to the concern departments

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• At least 2 years’ experience in related role preferably from consumer goods industry
• Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month notice will be prioritized
