- Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries by telephone, fax and email, preparing submittals as required.
- Prepares and follows up on all sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales and technical support.
- Generate lists of prospects and contact them regularly to maintain the cordial relationship.
- Encourage repeat business by networking with existing customers.
- Record progress of all customer inquiries.
- Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately processing order.
- Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Stores & Inventory department to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and maintain the records up to date.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
