JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Role purpose
Liaise with respective department to ensure TAT is maintained as per HF policy for internal unit coordination.
Maintain MIS to ensure 100% service quality.
Manage leads and LMS system and related data.
Manage office requirements.
Responsible for sales support related activity to facilitate smooth transaction and closure of business.
