JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, contractors, and traders. This role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate documentation to facilitate timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with contractors, traders, and internal teams to manage sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory status.
• Assist in sourcing electrical products and liaising with inventory team for pricing and availability.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information promptly.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies re credit and cash sales.
• Regular follow-up with the accounts team for payment collections and ensure timely feedback
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in electrical trading or oil and gas industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English and Working knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of electrical products and distribution channels is an advantage.
