JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are a growing technology group operating in the IT and Oil & Gas sectors, delivering innovative solutions and high-quality services across the region. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and support the full sales cycle
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain and update client records and sales databases
• Follow up with clients on inquiries, orders, and deliveries
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports
• Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and client communications
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support
• Experience in IT or Oil & Gas industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
