Role Overview
A global technology solutions provider is looking for a Sales & Renewals Coordinator to support the Partner Account Manager in managing renewals, strengthening client relationships, and driving retention across an existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the administrative side of the renewal cycle and ensure timely, high?rate renewals.
Track upcoming renewals and maintain accurate CRM data.
Handle customer enquiries on billing, contracts, and renewal terms.
Prepare renewal forecasts and report on renewal performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
Stay updated on product features and communicate updates to clients.

Requirements:
Experience in renewals, sales coordination, or account support, ideally in tech or SaaS.Strong communication and relationship?building skills.
Customer?focused mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Arabic & English language skills
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
