Position Title: Sales Coordinator – Accounts
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus company car
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading advertising companies in the Middle East.

Job Description:
• Contacting customers to arrange appointments.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Handling inquiries by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Performing other admin tasks requested or critical to office operation

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to candidates that can speak Arabic fluently
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Sales from Events Industry
• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license
