Sales Coordinator- Tagalog speaking

A leading Hotel Key Card Manufacturer headquartered in Dubai, having a global presence, is looking for a Sales Coordinator. Position is to be based in Sharjah office.

Job Description: We are seeking applications from experienced and highly motivated Sales Coordinator s. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in processing the orders by coordinating with inhouse sales team and interacting with the clients . Sales Coordinator will support the sales team, prepare quotations based on client requirements, and process the purchase orders. Additionally, Sales Coordinator will manage and organize sales documents according to the company's document management system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations after consulting with the Sales Head.
- Processing the Purchase orders from the start till the delivery.
- Manage and organize sales documents according to the company's document management system
- Coordinate with Sales Team and support the sales team



- A university degree /Diploma
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Hotel..
- Fluency in English and Tagalog
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Well versed with Microsoft office
- Excellent in Email Management

Salary : AED 3000 per month (negotiable) + Incentives+ Visa+ Medical Insurance+30 days annual paid leave and airfare every two years.
