JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The company has been based in Dubai since 2002 and offers technology software solutions. They are market leaders in their field globally. Forming part of a larger and successful publicly listed company they wish to continue to build on their success by further developing their position as a market leader. As such they are seeking dynamic and professional sales coordinator to join the Dubai based sales team.

Reporting to the Middle East Sales Manager, working as part of a dynamic and multinational sales team, the successful candidate will assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team. The ideal candidates are those who are seeking to learn and grow in a multinational company.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage health checks of CRM (SalesForce.com)
- Generate pipeline and sales reports / dashboards
- Coordinate internal sales meetings
- Coordinate incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, walk-in
- Assistance with coordination of marketing activities
- Manage stationary inventory and office social activities

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail orientated with exceptional planning and organising skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills and ability to learn new systems
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Prerequisites:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English (Bi-lingual is an advantage)
- Dubai based
